About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Gaining knowledge and experience in the talent acquisition recruiting process.
2. Learning to screen resumes for various open positions.
3. Assisting the manager with various administrative tasks, such as conference room booking, scheduling, recruitment event research, and database management.
4. Scheduling a high volume of candidates for interviews.
5. Helping plan and organize HR-related events.
6. Assisting with candidate tracking and follow-ups.
7. Supporting special talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
8. Providing administrative support to senior team members.
9. Performing administrative duties, including answering phones, posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
10. Providing on-ground support during various talent acquisition and company events, including video shoots, the annual dinner, company sports day, and employer branding activities.
