1. Work on helping the team with daily tasks, shadowing in interviews, candidate sourcing via social media, and specific project work
2. Assist the HR team in all phases of the talent acquisition process, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, conducting applicant telephone screenings, scheduling interviews, and pre-employment screening
3. Assist in collecting feedback from hiring managers after interviews and follow up with active candidates
4. Work on keeping the recruitment tracker up to date with feedback from stakeholders
5. Work on researching alternative ways to recruit talent
