Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests
2. Completing background check verification for all overseas cases
3. Joining documentation
4. Welcoming new employees to the organization by supporting orientation and induction
5. Onboarding new employees in the US and Canada offices
6. Collecting time and attendance records
7. Maintaining employee HRIS by entering and updating employment and status-change data
8. Providing HR administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information, organizing work, answering the telephone, relaying messages, maintaining equipment and supplies
9. Maintaining employee files
10. Maintaining employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
11. Maintaining quality service by following organization standards
