Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting with overall recruitment activities
2. Shortlisting the applications received for various positions based on the requirement
3. Having first level conversation with the applicants
4. Scheduling interviews of the relevant applicants
5. Monitoring and maintaining an MIS for recruitment
6. Documenting process of joiners.
7. Administrating of daily activities.

What would intern learn in this internship?

1. Recruiting for immediate openings and for creating a pipeline of suitable candidates is a challenging task and one that is very crucial for the growth plans of the company.
2. In addition to recruitment, the candidate has the option of getting involved in Payroll and Admin functions as well.

The hands-on experience gained by the candidate over a period of 3 months would help the candidate in becoming a better professional.
