About the Internship:
Human Resources is a vital function of all services businesses. We have a team strength of 150+ people and are growing month on month to expand the team. The day-to-day activities of an HR Executive include -
Sourcing right talent through various mediums/source of recruitment
Interviewing candidates to understand their fit as per the role and company culture
Closure of positions within defined TAT
Maintaining HR MIS Reports and Daily, Weekly & Monthly
Conducting joining formalities, on-boarding, documentation of the new joinees
Implementing induction program for the new joinees - co-ordinate with IT Department, Operations Department
Partner with marketing to drive our employment branding / culture strategy (e.g., Glassdoor, Instagram, Best Places to work) and other related initiatives
Ability to create a fun work environment and positive culture that reinforces Savpalm's core values and performance and innovation driven mentality.
Set up team meetings, picnics, parties, seminars & other fun activities.
