About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing the profiles based on the requirements of the clients through job portals, references, head-hunting, and other means.
2. Evaluating the candidates on various parameters like communication, the right experience, Qualification, attitude, skills, and personality.
3. Interacting with the clients to understand the requirements and scheduling the candidates.
4. Coordinating with the candidates from the initial screening process till the candidate receives an offer for the same.
