Looking out for Search Consultants who would support recruiters by sharing relevant profiles. Undergraduates WILL NOT be considered for this role.
This is a target oriented profile and the work location would be Mindspace, Malad West (Mumbai). We would also evaluate/prefer candidates who would like a full time employment opportunity.
Selected Candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing relevant candidate profiles from various job portals
2. Screening the resumes and sharing with the recruitment team
3. Connecting with "not reachable" candidates thru Whats-app/ emails.
4. Connecting with relevant prospective candidates thru linkedin and sharing their profiles with the recruitment team.
5. Working in close coordination with the Recruitment team to achieve target number of selects.

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Feb'20 and 15th Mar'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per per joinee plus revenue linked incentives extra).
