About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Strategizing methods of improving the staff applicant experience
2. Screening incoming applications for staff roles
3. Scheduling Interviews with panelists
4. Maintaining sourcing and hiring operations at full capacity
5. Assisting with managing the internal human resources team site
6. Performing analysis of various data and drawing meaningful insights where needed
7. Updating and maintaining staff data on a regular basis
8. Advertising staff roles on organization's careers page and other platforms

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Assist with any other projects that may be ongoing at the time
