About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify the hiring need of the organization
2. Identify hiring needs, develops the position description, recruitment plan, organizational chart, whom will the candidate report, incentives, salary, and other recruitment-related documents
3. Prepare the job description and ensure proper procedures for review and approval are met at the department level before starting the job postings
4. Take over job postings, activate search on hiring forums and social media platforms for different job titles and job types, and help with creating job alerts
5. Work on recruiting the most suitable & experienced candidate for the organization & position with proper filtration
6. Design, prepare and send offer and rejection letters, emails, and messages to all candidates & ensures all recruitment-related documents are created and stored properly
7. Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects
8. Work proactively with other team members
9. Gather payroll data like working hours, attendance, leaves on a daily basis for the monthly process
10. Identify who is not suitable for the job roles and accordingly remove them
