Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Market mapping and research to create robust maps of the market for different IT skills
2. Handle organizational analysis
3. Talent pipelining & lead generation by contacting active & passive candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, existing databases, etc.
4. Connect potential resources with current or future suitable opportunities
5. Manage inter-team collaboration
6. Maintain daily dashboards & decks, keeping the MIS updated.
7. Support team in sourcing or recruitment events.
8. Additional projects taken up during the term of internship to bring in innovative hiring practices within the team.
