About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on handling employee grievances
2. Ensure SOP adherence of grievance handling and resolving grievances timely
3. Maintain a database of key contacts as references in respect of industrial relations matters
4. Support in matters related to statutory and industrial relations
5. Provide required data as per target deadline given
6. Issue notices against indiscipline
7. Work on doing factory visits and taking corrective action as per policy
8. Work on ensuring implementation of company policy and educating employees on the same from time to time
