Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
2. Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves and bank accounts
3. Screening resumes and application forms
4. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
5. Posting, updating and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
6. Preparing HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
7. Addressing employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)
8. Reviewing and distributing company policies in digital formats or hard copies
8. Participating in organizing company events and careers days

Note: This is a work from home internship till lockdown.
