About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Strategic planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling the HRM function.
2. Managing resources of recruitment.
3. Screening candidates telephonically and shortlisting suitable profiles from recruiting resources.
4. Managing End to end recruitment process.
5. Communicating employer information and benefits to prospective candidates during the screening process
6. Inviting prospective candidates for job interviews for face-to-face interviews at Fyn Tune office
7. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers on the basis of the available schedule
8. Completing timely reports on employment activity
9. Communicating with the selected candidates and ensuring their smooth joining in the company.
