Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Update company databases by inputting new employee records.
2. Screen resumes and application forms to identify prospective employees for job vacancies.
3. Schedule interviews with potential shortlisted candidates.
4. Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
5. Assist the HR staff in filling out employment forms and gathering market salary information.
6. Organize company events and activities.
7. Send emails and rejection letters to candidates.
8. Coordinate recruitment processes to ensure efficiency.
9. Respond to inquiries regarding employee benefits and other human resources-related matters.
