Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with internal teams, bulk hiring, campus recruitment and MIS for handling the entire zone
2. Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts
3. Develop a recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing, channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment, campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
4. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, verifications, interviews, and offers
5. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
6. Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase to on-boarding
7. Develop relationships with third party recruitment partners and manage the procurement and measurement process
