About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing resumes from vendor
2. Managing the end-to-end recruitment
3. Participating in the job fair and recruitment drive
4. Developing sourcing channels
5. Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/advertisers
6. Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
7. Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
8. Working on data processing
9. Working on data analysis & competitors survey

Minimum exp of 6 months is required
