1. Understand the recruitment life cycle
2. Search requirements of hiring, connect with hiring and talent aquisition manager
3. Send contact information and email to discuss the hring requirements
4. Follow up for contract signing for hiring mandates in cordination with business development person
5. Source the candidate using social media, job boards, WhatsApp, etc., call the interested candidates, and screen for eligibility and interest (applicant can create a new social media account of our company and use the same)
6. Learn, manage and prioritize multiple searches for hiring projects
7. Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced and structured environment adhering to the strict deadlines
8. Perform search, screen, shortlist candidates as per business requirements
9. Work on cold calling candidates, clients to meet the hiring requirements
10. Work on calling and emailing the candidate and following up till onboarding
