Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the overall execution of placements activities
2. Meeting monthly placement target
3. Handling job market assessment (market feasibility report)
4. Placing freshers in the client companies as per their requirements
5. Managing to compile, consolidate and submit skills and placement reports
6. Handling the placement activities like client coordination, interview scheduling, interview follow up, etc.
7. Working on experienced candidates' requirements as well
8. Meeting and managing recruitment targets for the organization
9. Posting jobs on job portals, sourcing & screening resumes from job portals as per JD
10. Conducting telephonic round & line-ups interviews
11. Constant following up with the client and the candidates until they join the concerned company
12. Maintaining a database of candidates
