About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening resumes determining which candidates meet the minimum requirements
2. Moving chosen candidates on to the next step in the hiring process.
3. Conducting initial interviews, oftentimes, recruiters will set up interview appointments between the chosen candidates
4. Determining staffing needs
5. Screening resumes
6. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
7. Following up on the interview process status
8. Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
