About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Undertaking detailed research and analysis for demographic information like for jobs and candidates
2. Designing a recruiting strategy with well-defined benchmarks
3. Researching and crafting job descriptions
4. Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge and expertise in various recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to recruiting leads
5. Recruitment marketing and account management
