Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on ensuring that all required documentation is updated in employee files and update all employee files as and when required
2. Manage new joiner onboarding program and manage required documents for the joining process and update employee details in the master database
3. Manage BGV for all new joiners and existing employee
4. Work on preparation of monthly insurance data (new joiners/exits/changes) for insurance updating
5. Work on coordination with TPA for timely settlement of employees' medical claims
6. Support in the appraisal process and ensure correct data across HRMS and other data requirements as and when required
7. Work on assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
8. Work on providing administrative support
9. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
