About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end to end HR operations & recruitment
2. Sourcing resumes through job portals, other sources, headhunting, and references & screening profiles according to the job specifications
3. Conducting the first level of interviews and salary negotiations with prospective candidates
4. Handling coordination/pre-joining engagement with the candidates till successful onboarding
5. Managing day to day operations in the office
6. Working on creative writing & content creation for the website as per the instructions given by seniors
7. Coordinating with leads & providing them more information about training programs
8. Handling lead generation on a day-to-day basis
9. Assisting students in registration for paid courses
10. Taking regular email and telephonic follow-ups
11. Handling student interactions and customer queries effectively
12. Managing & updating Social Media Accounts on daily basis.
