Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage & handle end-to-end hiring process including sourcing to onboarding
2. Maintain the workflow by updating & keeping a daily tracker of assigned tasks
3. Plan, develop and implement innovative ideas to achieve hiring targets effectively and efficiently
4. Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
5. Build, develop, and maintain cordial relationships with the candidates during pre and post-joining formalities
6. Establish interpersonal relationships across various HR teams and cross departments for smooth functioning of duties & responsibilities
