About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates for the requirements through job sites, references/networking, headhunting/mapping, and existing database
2. Screening and shortlisting
3. Maintaining relationships with Managers for retaining and enhancing business
4. Working on relationship building, generating more business from existing clients, and understanding the client s manpower requirements
5. Taking requirements from client & ensure fulfillment of the expectation of management, candidate and client
