Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing resumes from different job portals as per the requirement from the client company.
2. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, and their work culture and environment.
3. Head-hunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
4. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
5. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants
6. Organizing interviews for candidate as requested by the client
7. Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
8. Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programme
9. Handling end-to-end recruitment
