Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Working with the company's director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
3. Directing all hiring and training procedures for new employees
4. Monitoring employee progress and staying abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive
5. Coordinating and directing work activities for managers and employees
6. Regularly meeting with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
7. Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
8. Managing and supervising other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
