Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Posting jobs on various job portals
2. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates
3. Conducting interviews
4. Taking follow up from candidates
5. Tieing up with various clients, taking their requirements and scheduling interviews
6. Maintaining relations with clients
