Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the end-to-end recruitment process for the middle and senior level, both IT and non-IT positions to fulfill the internal requirements of the company
2. Sourcing profiles through job portals and working on them effectively
3. Working on job designing, job posting, and mass emailing of the jobs as well as taking care of shortlisting the relevant profiles and processing them further for successful hiring
4. Coordinating with the stakeholders daily regarding the given positions and the profile-related queries
5. Understanding the needs and various requirements
6. Working on consulting, mapping, headhunting, and core-referencing
7. Providing high-performance delivery as per the requirement
8. Sourcing candidates through various modes of recruitment (job posting, job portals, reference pulling, headhunting, and personal resume collection)
9. Scheduling and managing monthly recruitment drives
10. Managing the database, candidate trackers, and MIS reports daily and weekly
