GRD Infraprojects was conceptualized by Gaurav Attarde. The company was founded in 2006 in a very lean way exploring our skill in land-related solutions as well as property management. We ventured into residential projects and have so far done three standalone building projects. Land appraisal, solving complex land issues and building and development of properties along with expert knowledge in property portfolio management are some of GRD's niche.
There are a few main verticals we would venture into in the near future - construction, consulting, commercial leases. GRD believes in delivering service and offering a solution rather than just selling homes/apartment. Each GRD employee believes in delivering a value to their customer by first carefully understanding their constraints, needs and then accordingly suggesting a right solution to their property needs.
