Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contribute to recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the entire hiring process
2. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and systems
3. Create and implement onboarding plans
4. Develop training and development plans
5. Assist in the performance management processes
6. Maintain employee files and records
7. Assist employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation

1. Organized, adaptive and loves to coordinate things behind the scenes

4. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
5. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite
6. Knowledge of HRIS systems will be a plus
7. Strong ethics and reliability
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year
