About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Operations:
Co-leading and executing processes with the Operations team to achieve excellence in finance and logistics
Arranging venues for citywide events through different contacts and partnerships
Managing various systems to handle finance for Fellows

Communication:
Collecting and presenting the stories of Fellows in classrooms and alumni members from across the city
Designing a newsletter targeting external stakeholders

Volunteers:
Maintaining volunteer database and placing volunteers in required classrooms
Tracking volunteers and their performance in classrooms
Ensuring volunteers receive experience certificates post their volunteering

Knowledge and technical skills required:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Excellent relationship building and networking skills
Proficiency in MS Office Applications
Proficiency in general research tools
Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply
