Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing data and operations
2. Creating an online presence through posts, articles, case studies, etc.
3. Designing solutions and supporting the existing team in delivering organizational transformation assignments
4. Designing policies, planning communication, creating relevant documents for the smooth functioning of the HR department
5. Acknowledging and addressing any client issues and resolve these with the intent of exceeding client
expectation
6. Writing blogs, articles, and case studies for various platforms
7. Creating a reading material for varied learning interventions
8. Developing course modules, exercises, and related content
