About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Write and post technical job descriptions
2. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
3. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
4. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
5. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast departmental goals and hiring needs
6. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
7. Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
8. Compose job offer letters and onboard new hires
9. Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
10. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties & requirements
11. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or recruiter

2. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured)

3. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases

5. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

7. Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
