Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels
3. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
4. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
5. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
6. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
7. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
8. Advertise job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
9. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
10. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
11. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
12. Fill positions within an organization
13. Develop own network of suitable candidates
14. Handle administration and record-keeping
15. Work with organizations to develop a recruitment plan
16. Execute recruitment plans efficiently
