We are looking for HR Interns for our office in thane west. We are looking for recruitment experience experts in NON IT sector.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing CV's from Naukri and scheduling them for Interview with our corporate clients.
2. Taking detailed information from the candidate about interview rounds
3. Give detailed information to candidates about interview rounds, dress code, frequently asked question and answers in interviews
4. Identifying interviewer s needs and explaining the same to candidate.
5. Coordinating with team members about detailed feedback on the candidate s interview status
6. Maintaining MIS report of Interview schedule for all the clients
7. Coordinating with team members about shortlisted candidates and their joining and maintaining the MIS report of joinees and selected candidate.
8. Maintaining a list of rejected candidate and scheduling them for an interview with other clients
Please note this will be a full time job for minimum 3 months. and will have to work for 6 days a week.
