Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide support in the execution of various projects
2. Administer various psychometric instruments and assessments
3. Coordinate with clients and in-house trainers to ensure smooth execution of programs/ interventions/projects
4. Create support material for training
5. Provide research support and help in knowledge creation
6. Provide support in the preparation of reports post analysis
7. Conduct diagnostics study to help address people development challenges of client
8. Coordinate with multiple vendors for timely execution of work
9. Travel to various training locations for administration and coordination of program
