Human Resources (HR) Manager Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in recruitment and onboarding by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Supporting the HR team in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
3. Maintaining employee records and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedure.
4. Assisting in performance management activities, including employee evaluations and feedback collection.
5. Supporting the HR team in resolving employee relations issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
6. Helping create and update HR documents such as job descriptions and employee handbooks.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR department as required.
