About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interns will be trained on the HR Operations Process and will understand how to manage Employee Life-cycle Management.
2. Interns will work under the supervision of the seniors on live projects for Clients of TMS & will get a real-world perspective into the nuances of HR in Corporate.
3. Interns will go through numerous training & coaching sessions during their internship with TMS that will make them ready for the future.
4. Interns will also learn about HR Documentation like how to make Offer Letters, Appointment Letters & Many Other Letters.
5. Interns will be working closely with Payroll Team
