AlmaShines is a fast growing Ahmedabad based online educational networking service, founded by 3 IIT Kanpur alumni. We are working towards transforming the education ecosystem by bringing in a digital revolution and creating smooth and convenient channels for interaction. Currently, we are focusing on creating a channel for institutes to connect with their alumni, by offering them an online platform that helps the institute to reach out to the alumni, engage them, seek their participation and hence create a lot of value for the institutes and its students. We are a very small team of 10 and are working with about 150 top colleges. We love taking challenges and every single day we push our limits to create a world-class company.
As an HR intern at AlmaShines, you are primarily involved in building the right team to fuel the aggressive growth of the company & building a culture that makes AlmaShines the coolest place to work at.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the team activities/operations of AlmaShines
2. Working on team engagement activities
3. Planning team recruitment activities
4. Liaising with recruitment agencies
5. Managing recruitment platform/channels
