Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare job posting for job portals and social media platforms including posting of vacancies on job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Linkedin, etc.
2. Track and source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
3. Connect with potential candidates via telephone and emailing them to engage them in our recruiting process by taking their data, evaluating them, and mapping them to open roles
4. Perform follow-ups with short-listed candidates and HRs regarding further rounds of interviews
5. Prepare content for social media platforms and company presentations
6. Participate in the overall firm organization, firm building, and marketing of firm actively
