Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals, classifieds, social platforms, hostels, employee referrals, etc.
2. Work with recruitment agencies to source the right fit candidate
3. Screen & interview potential candidates from multiple recruitment sources
4. Conduct the first round of telephonic and face to face or interviews for the candidates
5. Assess applicant's relevant knowledge skills, learning skills, experience and aptitudes to select only apt candidates for the specific job
