Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Schedule job interviews and assist interview process
2. Ensure background and reference checks are completed
3. Manage employees
4. Handle employee orientation, induction & onboarding
5. Assist in formulation of policies & standards for the company
6. Process attendance & payroll
7. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
8. Maintain records related to grievances, reviews, and disciplinary actions
