2. Maintaining daily trackers for interviews
3. Ensuring relevant details are being shared with candidates and employers
4. Collaborating with operation teams to improve upon recruitment process
5. Suggesting new ideas to add value to the operations of the company
6. Learning and working upon recruitment marketing (digital)
7. Managing multiple job portals
