Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling end-end recruitment (Screening, shortlisting, conducting initial telephonic discussion, processing to client).
2. Follow-up the short-listed candidates till they join the Company.
3. Creating and emailing job descriptions, company profile, setup interviews, reviewing resumes, creating employee lists with detailed data, issuing joining and completion certificates.
