Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate and review reports for performance management
2. Build HR policy and work on its implementation whilst enforcing the policies and implementing techniques to monitor them
3. Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention and cost
4. Engage & work with key internal and external partners in a matrix-ed relationship for staffing, and strategic HR interventions
5. Operate independently & ensure employee happiness & development of the team
6. Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices
7. Directly interact with the employees and lead regular one-to-one meetings
8. Own the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies
