About Youngistaan Foundation
Youngistaan Foundation is a multi-award-winning organization that has helped over 5 lakh people across the country with over 25,000 registered young volunteers. It spearheads multiple programs namely the food and nutrition program, transformers, rescue, and rehabilitation program, women of courage, Youngistaan Education Program, animal awareness program, and gender sensitization that focuses on 7UN SDGs (zero hunger, no poverty, gender equality, good health and well being, quality education, responsible consumption, and partnerships for goals).

About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
2. Providing counseling on policies and procedures
3. Preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process, and being actively involved in the recruitment
4. Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans
5. Assisting in performance management processes
6. Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
7. Maintaining employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
8. Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
9. Suggesting and implementing HR digital tools to facilitate tasks
10. Developing, launching, and managing new competitions and intra-organization activities to promote employee engagement
11. Enabling volunteers, interns, and employees to form key relationships
12. Undertaking research
13. Monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on personnel performance
14. Liaising regularly with volunteers, interns, and employees via telephone, email, conference calls, or face-to-face

Skills & Requirements:

1. Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
2. Fluent in spoken and written English

Note: In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will get incentives based on productivity.
