Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
2. Developing and updating job descriptions
3. Posting jobs to appropriate job portals/company website
4. Screening candidate's resumes and job applications
5. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
6. Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selecting tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
7. Assessing applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
8. Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
9. Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
10. Promoting the company s reputation as the best place to work
