As an HR intern, you ll be wearing multiple hats, and working across various departments. You should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on screening resumes and application forms
2. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
3. Working on onboarding the employees
4. Conducting timely follow-ups with the candidates
5. Drafting job description
6. Posting the jobs on various job boards
7. Working on talent acquisition
Who can apply:
1. Preferred qualification: MBA (HR) or any qualification
2. English proficiency (spoken and written)
