Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calling different persons for job opportunities
2. Handling initial screenings of the persons for the jobs
3. Shortlisting of students based on the interview
4. Handling HR duties (back-office work, etc.)

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per task completion).
