Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
2. Assist in process documentation relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, etc.)
3. Assist in developing job descriptions for the vacant positions and advertisements to be prepared and posted on job portals.
4. Work on recruitment-related transactional activities (process, data, document, scheduling, sourcing)
5. Assist during the onboarding and induction process for new joiners.
6. Keep track of insurance endorsements for all program team members.
7. Work on the maintenance of HR records and systems in a confidential manner.
8. Work on any other work assigned from time to time.
